How hard is it to get an account set up with these people? They do not have the online instant set up like ccbill and ibill....did anyone else have any problems?

go to the store and buy a healthy supply of ASS LUBE if you plan on signing with them. They'll send you a fucking BOOK to sign in the morning.Comment

I'll agree, the signup forms are lengthy, however if you communicate with them on it, the process goes a bit smoother.
We've worked with Isabel, she made everything a lot easier.SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.Comment

I think their agreement is about 48 pages long. I was gonna give them another shot because they have been stable for a few years. While glancing through the agreement I noticed a line that basicly said "I waive the right to sue them for non-payment". It's been sitting unsigned ever since. Maybe thats a normal clause for processors but I dont remember that with ccbill or ibill and it just struck a bad note with me ( combined with a 48 page contract ). Im not saying anything bad about Epoch, just that the contract threw me.Comment
