Software for managing several sites...

I'm looking for a software pakcge or utility that I can use to manage a large number of galleries - all the galleries have the same basic layout, just different pics, descriptions, and keywords.

Also, I'd like to be able to change where hyperlinks are pointing on a dynamic basis (i.e. switch the text link in the top right corner from pointing at one sponsor to another)

Does such a package exist?

Has anyone ever used this tool?

phpnuke is ok since it's freeware, if you try to adapt the code you'll have problem because it's a real mess. We are talking for 100s files to deal with and the code is bad written. The good is that's often updated.
