Paycom Problems!

Any of you have issues with getting your checks from paycom?

I only started using them a few months ago (as an additional processor) so I am not to sure how they function. I called them one day to ask where my check is and they said I have to have a minimum of $50 before they send me a check (I was at $49.85). So, I didn't stress it to much.

Over the next few days (that was several weeks ago) I had 3 times that amount in my account with them, yet I still have not received a check.

I just tried calling them but im told that the department I need to speak with wont be open for another 3 hours. Im getting very frustrated! I don't take kindly to people messing with my money.

Anyone else here have issues with paycom?

Last email I sent was probably a month ago. I was told by Joel, he would personally see to it that the check was sent. I'm still waiting. Before that, I believe he told me there was some kind of confusion with payments that caused my check to be missed. Before that, I believe he told me, the check had been sent and it must have been lost in the mail, so he would resend it.

Paycom has been rock solid for me lately. They require a two week hold period before you get your first check. Since your first check was under 50$ seems like you would have to wait an additional week for your first payout. Also if you call in the morning keep in mind they are on pacific standard time.

Whatever the case you should definitely get a rep on the phone, they can get it straight in minutes. Hope this helps!

I am, it's just frustrating being with them since January and not receiving any money yet. I also didn't know that there was a 2 week waiting period for them to sent your checks. I never heard that before and can't see a reason for it either...

Guess i'll know what's going on it a few min. I hope so anyway.

You don't know a reason? Let me give you some

1. They need time to print checks
2. Extra time in case of problems before ppl start bitching they are LATE
3. Time to check certain transactions in case of fraud

that might be a few

also fraud... new account so they have u on a rollback type paying system etc... no need to bash a great company here heather when you can not wait 3 hours to talk to a rep..

Paycom isn't messing with your money, if they were trying to screw people you'd have alot of folks bitching about where their 10K weekly wire is....not over a $100 check.

There's a waiting period with all processor payouts, that's just the way it is.
