Pay per click engines

Does anyone know of PPC search engines that allow immediate inclusion? I hate waiting for days for some schmuck to review my site.

I already use 7search and GoClick, but I could always use some more.

Google's Ad Words gives you almost immediate inclusion. They check your campaign terms later in the day or the next day and put your ad on hold if they find something they don't like. It takes a day or two to get the hang of their hang-ups when it comes to porn but it's a great per click service.

Thanks for the suggestion. Is AdWords worth it? I thought about using them before, but there rules for porn seemed like they might cut down on profitablity.

How much traffic can they deliver? I have thought of using them several times, but I was afraid I might only be able to squeeze a couple of hits a day from them. Can you give me an idea of traffic volume? Also, they list immediately?

Yeah I've been disappointed with PPC engine's abilities to send a good amount of traffic except overture and google.. I wouldn't buy with anyone who lists their results on CNet, Mamma.com, etc.. Always check to make sure where they will display their results. Interested to hear more about 123whatever.. don't buy on ValleyAlley.com either hehehe.
