If you're not in a hurry then check their site periodically, they frequently have $0 setup specials for their low end servers. (ie $0 setup, $119/mo)
I know you don't need all that transfer, but considering the specs and the size of their network it's a good deal. I got in early about 18 months ago and I pay $79/mo for the same thing.Comment

Its unmanaged and VERY cheap, but I called them to do something expecting to pay and they did it happily for free .... Ive had 100% uptime for 3 months since I stated with them - more BW than you need but at the price its worth itComment

M3Server had a few uncharacteristic days in March due to circumstances that were beyond their control, but they are solid and offer quick top notch support - should you ever need it. I actually "jumped ship" for a couple of weeks because of a few rumors that were going around about them going out of business, but these rumors are NOT true and I'm happy to say I've moved back and they got me going again very quickly.
