All major Providers have problems Networks as big as we have on our tiny planets are not a easy thing to run

I'm in Tampa FL, my server is in Houston TX... they're suppose to have 5 upstream providers with multiple redundant connections, blah blah blah... CIHOST SUX.Comment

No, it doesn't surprise me. I'm still pissed at them for taking 3 weeks to tell me that all 1 years worth of my site backups were corrupt and couldn't be restored. But that's what I get for a dedicated server under $100 bux a month...
