what program would you guys recommend for a personal site using a Webcam to stream?

Uploading data to a server or streamin from the computer itself.

My friend has a simple website she wants to do a cam show once a week, just needs a program to do it..and etc...smooth streaming justing a cam.

Any suggestions?

Flash Communication Server is available from Macromedia for 500 bucks. If you're a student by chance you cat get it for 300 bucks

Our software is actually for a camgirl pay2play full site script...ready to go. But we could adapt our webcam script to your needs by extracting it from our script and implementing into your site. But then again...how bout a pay2play pay per view camgirl site? Its a cash cow

Flash communication server for $450 has a limit of 50 connections, that means you can run a site with 5-10 girls maximum, but probably good to start.

If you want more it costs $4500 for 2000 connections, that is enough fo work.

We have Java based software with alot of functions, you can check them on out demo site. Price is in a range of $1300 - $3500

This is partially true. 4500 will get you 2500 connections. Most people lease connections for a montly fee. They start at 9.95/mo but to get what you want you'd want to spend more. Its nice though as you can grow as your traffic grows
