Need Design Pointers/critique:

Hope you all are having a good sunday.
im screwing around with the idea of doing some thumb tgp/mpg templates.
I am not a pro so bare with me. Altho I have seen some of the designs
being pushed as decent and some are real crap. ( probably mine too )
Any designers around that could give some pointers.
heres what im working on today. ( please be gentle in a noob at this )

Now the problem as you can see is the table. I cant get this damn thing to
line up to save my life. Any help/pointers is appreciated.

I'm no expert, but the img at the sides should be used as bg so you can make the table height whatever size you want

It looks too peace, and love for me. I would remove the humming bird. Color scheme is good. Overall not bad at all. Good luck with it.

ya I'll get rid of the hummingbird and see what else I can put in.
Questions/answer for the designers out there:
I have seen some of the designs that have been for sale
on gfy ( and other boards ) some are total crap, some are nice.
What kind of a market is there for this? Is it feasable to make some
extra beer money doing tgp/mpg templates?
How do you base your payscale when you design something?
per project? per hour?

If it not a gallery, what is it? your photos archive? or homepage template?

-size of the image frames are off... even them out
-cant read the name, damn bird in the way
-change logo, make it nice.. dont use basic shadow and gradient.. mess with what u can do with the features
- get rid of the bird and some flowers, remember your viewers are guys, not so girly
