    Any Linux+VPN experts around?

    My network guy is sick.

I need someone to do the following (EDIT: for $$ of course )

    1. Install an open-source software-based VPN server (Poptop or whatever your favorite is) on a Linux box
    2. Teach me how to do it (document each step) so that I don't have to pay you to do it again

Hit me up to discuss skill and payment (payable by PayPal)

Outsourcing companies - if you got someone who can do the job - by all means let me know.

Depends on what version of Linux. That documentation will have your head spinning if it isn't using the 2.4 kernel. I know. It took me 2 weeks to work around the 2.6 kernel issues with pptpd and poptop. Even now it doesn't fully work like a Windows VPN or a commercial one.

I know how to install it... it's the networking stuff that got me... All the IP stuff, don't know much about it anymore.

I have Poptop running and all, but I guess the IP routing config is wrong.. I rather pay someone who've done this before to just fix it I used to have more tolerance for this shit.. but not anymore!
