I'm wondering why they don't respond me, i request them about change me paying info 3 times, and still no answer, where the hell they have support for webmasters , i made some SU's but now i decided to change sponsor. because i don't trust them furthermore... Anyone using them ?

They have some excellent sites and pay on time and well. Some of their older sites may not be so hot, I dunno -- we use their new ones and are quite happy.

I wouldnt waste my time with them unless they were boneprone approved.

Elvis Manson from Dollar Machine was at the Florida show. THey got there a day early. So I imagine, like many program administrators, the last week was a hard time to get a hold of people cause most of us were at the show.

Elvis had a gig the day after the show also, so he will be getting back home in a few days.

Dollarmachine / Python are excellent, I've been using them for years. In fact, I still get people renewing on xxxhotel.com a good three years after I stopped advertising them

Dollarmachine and Python are great people to work with.

I just moved and went through the whole change of address thing with all my sponsors, and python's system was automated.
I put in the new info, and they emailed me a confirmation code with a URL that I had to visit to activate the changes. (The email got sent to the email addy I used when I first signed up, to prevent fraud I spose)

If you did it the hard way and sent an email to support, give the folks time to recover from their convention hangovers before you start bitchin.
