    bulk mailing question

    I want to buy bullet proof hosting in China and send bulk email to a website.
    I know that this is not really legal here in canada, or espeacially the usa, and I am wondering if this can still get me into trouble, even if the website and the mail server are in China. Any advice appreciated.

              they can catch you no matter where you are, and it's up to them to see if they will cross borders or not

              I read an article on how Yahoo sued a Canadian last year.
              Msft and Pfizrr tag-teamed early this year to go after tons of pharmacies too, including at least 1 canadian one

              my advice to anybody (ESPECIALLY if you are in the USA): stay away from bulk mailing, it will only get you in trouble, especially if you are new to it
