    DMOZ question

Does they review already approved sites from time to time?

    Thanks

Half the editors hardly ever review pending sites, I hope they don't waste their already limited time running over approved sites. My guess is they don't look over them unless someone complains about the site... and even then it would go on an editor by editor basis.

depends... i had a site ranking high for a few keywords and suddenly it was edited.

I was an editor myself (i dont have time now) and i know that from time to time, the head editors start to review current listings.

I'm not really too familiar with the whole dmoz editor thing but would it be possible for me to register as an editor and be really biased towards listing my own sites or are there safeguards against this?

I think that's what that SE Guru guy did, but I could be wrong.

It's pretty hard to become an editor, I tried a couple times.
