Whats good, anyone know any direct contact info for probilling?? I been trying to get in contact with them for days, their online chat no one is ever on, they dont answer my emails, I am getting annoyed... I think im going to use another processor.. any suggestions?

I dont know their number... it isnt listed anywhere on their site.

Well when they had a business that actually needed support it was there.
Just checked and seems to be gone.

All I can say is do a whois and look for Collins # they are in Calgary so its 403 area code

Go looking for them in an apartment somewhere in Calgary, Canada. It seems thats where their office is. Their bank may be a tin cup and god knows where their merchant acct. is. They can't even process Visa, etc and I think can only take online checking. A tin pot outfit if there ever was one.
