Spam filtering software?

I like spamarrest, but i dont want my mail going to someone else's server to be scanned etc.. is there something like spamarrest out there that i can buy and put on my own mail servers?

why dont you just buy a good email server software that has anti-spam capabilities.
I use Merak mail server http://www.merakmailserver.com
has everything you want, anti virus, anti-spam and so on.

a good, reliable mail server is a must in this business. I have had my own mail server since I started my site, I used to use post.office but switched to Marek after I found them.

DNS server are you talking about hardware or software? Ofcourse you need to pay for affiliate software or dev your own. However a email server has always been something that the host includes or can be found free or gpl.
