Affil Programs...Whats Inside?

Were Starting A New Affil Program for a new Venture "Not Cartoons" we will build and fill the affiliate section with ANYTHING brought upin this thread, (Within reason lol) But theres a catch (ha ha ha) I REFUSE To accept an answer like "Lots of banners" Only stuff like Banners in _____ , _____, _____ Sizes.

As for the details: What i will say publicly right now is....

General Adult Site, That has been around for about 5 years, Gotten alot of great press over the last 2 years such as Mulitple Howard Stern Show Apperences, Huge Write ups in Industry Mags, Was converting at 1:125 from SE Traffic.

We are giving the site an entire overhaul and creating, running an affil program for it that should launch by next month.

So heres your chance to be heard What do you want in the perfect Affil Program?

things i look for nowadays

1- trials that convert at least 1:150 on TGP traffic
2- FHGs with descriptions already written and can be bulk imported into my scripts
3- incentives, more joins=more sales= more loyalty
4- good downloadable content to create my own galleries as well, along with oddsized banners etc...
5- direct to join page links

thats some of the stuff off the top of my head there

To actually contribute, I also am an affiliate and I do like to see sponsors who offer tiered bonus incentives.

Such as bringing more people to the program through referral, and hitting a sales goal and getting a bump in payout or percentage.

Good point Tom, Fr8 & I have a thread about that on another board as we speak, were trying to figure out if affils would rather be placed on a flat rev % or a sliding scale depending on their concurrent weekly sales.

So far it's a tie.
