How do you have to pay restitution? Have you even been to district court yet? If you do get charged with a felony in Maine it will be up to a year before it even goes to trial in superior court. If this is your first offense chances are you will get probation and maybe 30 days and you will serve only 16 of the 30 days in a little county jail.

My last visit was suppose to be to see what the state had to offer in way of a plea bargain but apparently the state wasn't ready when they told me to be there so they just told me come up with the money by the first week of april and they will drop it to a misdeminor.

Its not really a scam people do it on ebay all the time they sell dutch auctions and such of products they are expecting to get in on a certain date, sometimes the timing doesnt work out and they stall for time until they can ship it.

Check Whois and Alexa - same registration date for the comeplay.com site, but Alexa lists a company and address in Indiana, while Whois lists you and your phone number in Maine (someone should give you a wake up call).

Apparently your site has been up since 1998, and by your source code you are somehow affiliated with Lightspeed Cash (whether they know it or not).

Your site is practically non-existent on Alexa, although I'm not sure what to make of the Indiana reference...long way from Northern Maine according to my Atlas.

Beyond that, you seem to still be running scams, at least as far as the dog part goes, so maybe some time in the big house will do you good.

How is my post about going to court for plea bargain and then them telling me they weren't ready full of shit? Its just like anything else in the legal system all it is even good for is wasting time and money they make you go back to court 10+ times when it could easily be taken care of in one visit or by filing paperwork beforehand.
