    ICQ Error code 0406

    any ideas how fix this? It wont let me connect

              try login.oscar.aol.com instead

              or login.icq.com port 14 instead of 5190

              that is if icq even lets you configure the connection

                      I couldn't really connect for about 2 weeks.

                      I found this link ftp://ftp.icq.com/pub/ICQ_Win95_98_N...cqpro2003a.exe and installed it.

                      My favorite version of icq and I haven't had any problems connecting since.
