    Help Finding Referral URL

I've got an interesting referral URL in my stats - but it's just a www.somesite.com referrer URL - i went to the site and saw no link on the index page - any way i can crawl that site to see where the link was/is?

    thanks
I moved my sites to Vacares Hosting. I've saved money, my hair is thicker, lost some weight too! Thanks Sly!

    fbi.gov?

I get a couple of weird referring urls now and then its not certain that they clicked a link on that site to get to yours.

But I am sure that there are people here who knows more about it than me so heres a bump for you

I get some cases of those too.
I wonder if it is a proxy or somekind of hitbot.

small chance of possibility is to check archive.org, or google cached results...
but also let it be known its a known tactic to setup spiders that will leave urls in your stats..

Also the possibility of the browser mistakenly passing the previous URL they were visiting as a referrer when they type in your URL or click a bookmark. I've seen this a few times.

stats aren't great, used up little bandwidth and lots of visits so i think you are right. ref spamming my site with a famous domain helps how?
