There is a segment of the population that always wants to believe this stuff.
I saw this thing on cons on tv the other day - they had a guy in the park (to show how stupid people are) taking donations for pigeons (They are starving he said).
Of course there was plenty of food on the ground - he even pointed to one and said something like "There is betty - she is pregnant and expecting soon"...Comment
