My upload speed tops out at 39 KB/s, is that normal? It seems low to me.

*I have no idea if that is kB/s, Kb/s, kbps or whatever, it just shows me KB/s.

That's pretty good speed. Some ISPs cap at 15kbs, mine is capped at 60kbs

Flash FXP shows you the speed in kilobytes and 40KB is probably higher than 80% of DSL users.

I think my connection is just screwy.. cnet bandwidth meter reports my connection as "144.3 Kbps - You 144.3 kbps" - which is one step above dial up, and I'm, supposed to have a 1.5 Mbps. I've had two tech support guys over here already and they each gave me a different bullshit answer. grrrrrrrrrr
