There is a domain i want i have been watching..It was supposed to be thrown back into the system in march.. WHY does it still list like this...

That looks like a NetSol domain that expired March 12th and was put on hold May 23rd. Right now, NetSol is just releasing domains that were put on hold towards the end of April so you can look for that one to be released around the beginning of July. Remember though that the current owner can still renew it up until 6 days before it is released.

K Just to help ya guys out just becuase the domain name expires on a certain date like shown below:

Record expires on 12-Mar-2001.
Record created on 12-Mar-1998.
Database last updated on 29-May-2001 3:46:00 EDT.

Domain names that are registered via Netsol and register.com expire on the same schdeule its a pain to explain but just listen. Once a netsol or register.com domain has expired it will become available within 30-60days after it has expired if they are not holding it for themselves.

Should it be released you will know exactly on what day it will become available by checking the whois often.

Once you see this:

Domain not found locally, but Registry points back to local DB.
Local whois DB must be out of date.
