                      Get brave and dive into the world of CSS : ) The learning curve ain't that bad. I figured it out while working with my own templates. There just ain't much design in the typical wordpress/blog site to be bothering with a designer (unless they're going to really unleash the CSS magic).
                      Beat it. Nothing to see here.
