Any EU Webmasters having connection problems ?

We have had problems uploading to our sites for the past few hours, seems like their is a router problem with Opentransit that sits between us n our US host. Or at least this is what our host told us... weird I start to upload a file - it goes accross and then hangs saying "opening binary mode" fucking painful!
Anyone else in the EU getting a similar problem ?
