I just reformatted this computer and Im resizing images in Adobe photoshop 7 (my fav version). Anyway when I resize it doesnt look the normal size it looks much smaller :/ anybody know what the problem is?

thats web based image dpi your talkin about
the question from jawanda was - what is your screen res at, for eg, if you used to run 800x600 things look big, but after a format you could have changed your windows res to 1280x1024 and everything will look smaller...
other thing is - make sure after the resize or whenever that the zoom ratio is at 100% not 66% or something...
double click on the zoom tool and it will 100% it for you.Comment

Sounds like your using a higher screen res than you are used to.
When I went from 1024x768 to 1152x857 things seemed miniscule in photoshop to me at first. You'll get used to it aftera couple days.Comment
