This morning I did.. Wouldnt load for a while then when it did my list was empty. Shut it down all the way and restarted. Everything seems fine now.

I just checked ICQ and it's working there. It still won't load on Trillian, though.

Check the Trillian forums out. Lots of people are having probs with the "Unknown code 28" connection errorUnknown code 2.

I have been having issues for a few days now

I was using trillian and couldn't connect, so I upgraded to v.3.1 and downloaded the patch and now its working

I was using the newest version of trillian, wasn't connecting for me neither, but it offered some plugin and after i clicked ok and it installed, it connected for me.

Yup. If anyone else is still having this problem just go to help->check for updates and install
