Log in to CT to the admin area and upgrade CT NOW via the link THAT IS IN BIG RED LETTERS.
There's some fuckwit who's managed to find a security hole in CT and is exploting it fast (some posts recently here attest to that)

Don't let your hard-earned traffic drop like stone balls - upgrade the patch now.

This has been a public service announcement.
