same device, but its not called sidekick i dont think. its through a company called fido. check www.danger.com

Fido calls it the Hiptop, which is the original manufacturer's name. The Hiptop 2 hasn't been released in Canada yet, but it's rumoured to be released next week.

T-Mobile is the largest carrier that offers it, however SunCom also offers the phone (as the Hiptop). Problem is, SunCom's service area is pretty limited.

I just ordered my sidekick from tmobile Thursday, Chaze was so pissed i was getting it he canceled his verizon service and went to tmobile.
