its simple read the instructions

include in.php in the head of your webpage.

if you cant figure it out
call your internet provider and get a fucking refund

First time I installed CJ Ultra, I didnt even have to chgmod any of the files, it worked from the jump.

Yeah man it should work from the box, but if it isn't I'd suggest foolin' with it for a few hours, if nothing else you'll learn all the intricicies of its inner workings. Perhaps you've already done that though.
