Agreed. I've learned long ago you need to still follow a work routine as if you were at a 9-5. You ned to take a break to talk to you gf, get something to eat, whatever. Make sure you take your 15 minute breaks, and hour lunch (and dinner if working 16-20 hours).
Gives you a pick me up, recharges you, and reminds you there is a life away from your computer screen. A shower now and again wouldn't hurt either. Beats siting around in your own filth for days on end with weed, empty beer cans, and pizza boxes all over the place.
