Comments re: Autson.com, please
Considering switching to dedicated on Autson.com- anyone have experience with them?

Support was OK. No better or worse than other good hosts. Prices were simply too high, everthing from the basic cost to overages to hardware upgrades.Ignorance is never bliss.

Their prices are to high, and their support is slow at best. Sometimes it takes days to get a response from them.Comment

Gotta admit we used to have to phone them as e-mail took ages. I'm still lost though as to why anybody would want to use a host with average service that charges that much for just about everything. If you do use them pray that you never want to upgrade the hardware at all.Ignorance is never bliss.

I used to use them also, but Tipsy is correct, although I usually got a same day reply when something went wrong, and things did go wrong from time to time.Originally posted by Tipsy
