You should probably add a null referrer line to the hotlink protection, RewriteCond %{HTTP_REFERER} !^$ to make SEs happy.

Maybe add language redirection, ie:
RewriteCond %{HTTP:Accept-Language} zh [NC]
RewriteRule ^.*$ http://www.chinese.url [R,L]
