I wont need a lot of bandwidth, but i need a stable dedicated windows host..

i estimate ill need like 10gigs a month at msot

i need it to run some test programs on it, so please nothing overly expensive

No one uses windows. Well.. not many people. Windows servers are more expensive to maintain and not nearly as reliable.

i literally need something as good as a cable connection, no better. i wouldnt even need one at all but my university limits 75 open connections at a time, and i need more.
