PHP - Need a quick script job. (Programmers)

Need what I think is a quick job.

I have a mailbox set up that will take all incoming mail for a certain domain name.

Host does not allow me to add auto-respond to "*@domain.com" e-mail addresses.

Sooo....I need a PHP Script that will open up this mail (pop or smtp) and send the same automated response to every new e-mail inside the box. Script does not need a back-end, though I don't mind paying extra for one.

Any bells and whistles suggestions would be appreciated

Why dont you point the MX record (mail) of the domain to antoher host
that does allow this? Will probably cost you 5 bucks a month..
