Im in Canada, when my ICQ finally does connect, my list is GONE too!

The same happened to me this morning, just try shutting down and then starting back up your icq, it will iventually show your list....for me anyway!

It's happened before; ICQ needs to reinstall it's database(s).

I'm showing everyone as being off line, although my list is intact and I'm able to talk to everyone.
