almost every single link list or link trading script does this. just use one of those programs for that purpose only. check out Hotscripts.com.

I manually add hardlinks and need somehting to check on every week or two

there's a program, the name was linktolink checker os something similar, Google it
If you don't find anything in the next 30 min I'll dig it up from my backup CDs

it could get tricky, esp with some places that have redirect scripts that ref id's from their trade scripts db.... there wouldn't really be a way to determine if thats your url or not

if that's not an issue, then fairly easy.
