Try spybot and adaware. Also google and be careful. And try using firefox instead of using IE.

here ill walk you through how to get it off there...
desktop right click
hit PROPERTIES
then click the DESKTOP tab at the top
then go to CUSTOMIZE DESKTOP
in there you will see a tab called WEB...
UNCHECK the box called MY CURRENT HOME PAGE
then go to PROPERTIES and make sure you clear anything that is connected to a URL
there you go

lame question but did you read the removal instructions?

I found solo antivirus was good for the trojans.. and ad-aware for the spyware.. also download a shredder so when you have files reported through adaware you can check afterwards and delete them with a shredder if they persists.

Oh.. and do all your browsing on firefox while your doing this.. IE is generally the target broswer for this shit.
