      It's actually very interesting. If you want you can read about it here - http://www.philosophynow.org/issue44/44radke.htm, they use the Peanuts comic strip as an example, so its really easy to understand.

        It is very interesting....I took a class in philosophy years ago...used star trek's captain kirk as an example of Aristotle's Mean. He's the mean between the two extremes...Spok's emotionless and logical self and Mc Coy's fly-off-the handle emotions. That's why Kirk is the perfect leader...a little bit of both worlds..
