Banner Rotating Script

I need a script that can manage (rotate) both header ads and also footer ads. Like the script GFY uses.

Perl will crash the server with the level of traffic adult sites have. Also, it lacks some important feature, like geo-targeting and such.

129 bucks for that type software is expensive!

Hmm... - what about $80K-$90K for doubleclick's DART "script"?

I searched for a couple of days for a good free one. Bottom line is your gonna have to pay for a good one. If you do download free one's, don't download a script called AddBanner, it has a major exploit. Also, check out http://www.cgi-resources.com/Programs_and_Scripts/ you may have more luck then me.
