I paid for priority support bout 20 mins ago and just this minute got a response. Was only 6 bucks so it was worth it. Was waiting 14 hours after having posted on their forum.

Their priority support is great.
Also, they answer regular emails pretty quick.

And I must say, AutoGallery SQL fucking kicks ass.
