Can someone please explain to me why at the bottom of the board, where it says, "New posts", "No new posts" & "Thread is closed", it shows a yellow folder beside "no new posts", and a) I can still post on those threads and b) why the fuck does almost every thread I go to have a "no new posts" folder beside it....incl. the ones i just read and don't post an actual reply?
