it has been brought to my attention that sales on streamray and our live cams are being under reported, on stats remote. Our sales are at all time record highes sales are up 30 % in the last few months on the same traffic. I urge you to log into our stats area to check your recent payouts, As you may think we are down in sales due to statsremote misreporting. I have sent a request to them to fix this as soon as possible ! My accounts showed 50% less sales than were actually paid out !

It has been my experience that every piece of software is going to have its bugs. Just takae times to minimize them and then let them work themself out.
Cheers on the update.www.JasonandAlex.com

I dont know how its possible but several peole have told me and I confirmed it in my own stats remote..Originally posted by Vladimirhow is that possible? Doesn't the program fetch the stats directly from the member area of your stats page?
And as long as the cheques roll in, who cares that it shows less. If it showed more, ugh - then I'd call it an issue. ;)
Its an issue cuzz a lot of people look at stats remote to compare programs if my $$ numbers are 50% LESS THAN THEY SHOULD BE then I am looking shitty compared to others, and ten people pull traffic and tell others it sucks.. Its a really bad thing.. Our whole biz is reputation and conversion.. if that gets fucked then we are nothing.
Again we are doing record sales log into your accounts and check the real stats. And compare your checks to what stats remote has been reporting.Comment

I wouldn't stress too hard over it. If you have enough different programs listed you'll always encounter some bug. I've always got a red error light somehwere on my statsremote.
I use StatsRemote for just a daily gauge to see how things are going but I ALWAYS log into the sponsor program anyways and break out all my numbers on my own spreadsheet.
I wouldn't recommend anyone just going off StatsRemote (or any similiar program) 100%
People should always double check numbers first hand.
But don't get me wrong, StatsRemote is a great program and I don't know what I'd do with it!
