phpBB users - help w/ backup

Does anyone here know phpBB well? I'm looking to backup my database so that I can transfer it onto a new domain. Any help? thanks

there's a backup database link in the admin, it's really easy to use and it restores the whole thing

I see that but how/where do I actually install that file on the new board?

bump - can't find help on their boards

I think you have to click Backup Database and download the file. Then you click Restore Database and select the database file that you downloaded, but I'm not positive cause' I've never done it...
