i gave up fast food MONTHS ago. and surprisingly, i only lost 10 pds lol
i read an article online that said to take a muli-vitamin every morning & eat 5-7 SMALL meals in a day, cuz everytime you eat, your metabolism boosts up more & more. and try to stay away from foods like pizza & dont drink soda. only water, iced tea, lemonade, gatorade, juices, etc etc (the more water & less sugar-THE BETTER!)
if you do that (and excerisise a few times a week) you'll do good!
