C Coder needed - PERMANENT POSITION

I'm looking for a fulltime C and php coder in the US only. Not Canada,not Russia, US only. Cash paid weekly and I own the source code. Will also consider partnerships on some scripts. I need someone to change and improve existing C scripts, install scripts, and create new scripts from scratch. Pay will depend on how productive per hour you are. But if you are wanting $30 an hour for cash work, don't reply please. I am looking for a PERMAMENT fulltime person, not per job deals. So when quoting please consider this as stable permament income. $30/hr cash is $57k/yr cash.. that's equivilent to what? About $75k W2, $95k 1099?

That is decent for a fairly experienced C coder.. I know a couple that make more, but they are exceptional coders.

Of course, you have to find someone who doesn't mind working for cash and is willing to take the small risk of the IRS finding out and them being fucked hardcore. ;)

Of course I know it is different. I have many scripts I have paid to have wrote for me. I am looking for a fulltime 40hour minumum a week writer. $30 cash is way too much for this. Per job hourly rates are always double what steady permament jobs are. If any C writers read this post, then they don't have enough work at $30 an hour to keep them busy, else they would not have the time to surf BBS boards.

if stuff uses both C and PHP, usually backend stats gathering/displaying and shit like that is the piece done in PHP, the C stuff is the front-end high performance impact shit. i don't think choker was saying that c/php are the same, anyone here knows they're different... php was MADE in c..

Mike, thank you sir, yes you are correct. My random script admin is in php, but all traffic bearing pages are in C. I do know a little about them. I have extensive scripts on several domains that I use to sell traffic, gallery spots, etc. I need maintenance and improvements on them, and other scripts I want developed. It is enough for full time for a long time, year or more.

i just started teaching myself some C today.. it will be a while before i'd be cocky enough to take on something like this.

This is really not the right place to go looking for coders. While there are lotsa "mainstream" coders that are desperately looking for work, any capable coder with some connections in the adult biz should be swamped with work already.
I know I am, and I don't even do any real promoting or anything...
