sibling rivalry - when does it stop?

My sister is 24, and married, and still acts like she did when we were 12. She's constantly mean to me, like really mean, and she only lets up when she wants or needs something. There's a lot of insane stories about her and things she's done, but I wont get into that.

Anyone know when this is supposed to stop?

three years ago when we both lived at home (i was in highschool still, so i had the right to.. she had a full time job, and was married, and still lived at home)

well she wanted to use MY computer in MY room.. i explained to her i was working on something (project for a c++ class), she got so mad that after i left for a few hours that night she did something insane..

i come home that night to find
1) all of my clothes thrown all over my room
2) my mattresses taken off of my bed and put into the middle of the floor
3) my computer monitor was missing
4) she hid my cat's food

just because she couldnt get online right away and talk to her husband 920348903850 miles away from her insane ass over the internet.
