Yes the network is up however we're still not shipping boxes to the public. Currently we're taking pre-orders for boxes at http://www.xtv.com and we're also allowing webmasters to signup for beta accounts at http://www.xtvcash.com

i tried to contact ya but didnt have any luck
want to get a box asap so i can begin to test it and see how to market it
i can buy it, no problem, but don't want to wake 6-8weeks
