Just wondering if theres any resource that lists sponsor programs to avoid. For things like non/slow payment ... obnoxious shaving ... etc. Ive scoured most of the major resource sites and cant seem to find anything. I remember there used to be a site called something like, "The good, bad and the ugly." But now I can't seem to find it or anything similar to it.
If there are no watchdog resource sites I'm wondering what other alternatives I have so I can make at least some minimal effort in screening out the worst offenders. I know that this is a competitive business and there is no magic bullet but I'd like to do some sort of basic due diligence before I give away my SSN AND start sending these guys my hard earned traffic.
If there are no sites to go to, would the following reasoning provide any kind of prescreen against disreputable sponsors?; a sponsor that had made FHG's available to affiliates is somewhat reliable because they have shown an intent to make a successful program through expended effort and expense beyond what would be necessary for a fly by night operation.
