Split a DVD in half?

Does anyone know how I can backup my movies, but not use compression? Instead, use multiple discs to fit all the data in good condition? I only use DVDShrink right now, and the compression, I must say, seems excellent (60% compression and I can't tell it's a copy) but I want to get the max quality and still keep the extras on as well (I have been taking them off recently).
