Embeding windows media with custom controls

Anyone out there have a good embed code for windows media that doesn't use their stock controls? I know i've seen it done, but i just can't remember where. basically i am looking to have the standard embed code with no controls, then have a seperate table of controls including, play, pause, 50%, 100% and full screen. Anyone got any ideas?

Thanks! I've found the java script for the stop and start, but i can't seem to find the one to make it 50%, 100%, and fullscreen.
