Mainstream sites using google searchbar

This is for people who use google adsense...

if you take a look at www.ehow.com and see their search bar.... how can they do that??? isn't that against their terms of service?

i tried messing around with options inside adsense... but am not able to make it look like www.ehow.com ... and ehow.com is a multi million dollar company so i'm sure they woudln't do something to risk getting taken off.. but i've emailed google support... and all they seem to do is reply with pre-written answers that dont help.

look at www.rr.com 's integrated google search...
